1. Send Current URL to Pushnews: Opens a new tab to create a push notification in Pushnews with the current URL pre-filled.
2. Enable Pushnews Toolkit: Allows users to:
   • Inject a Pushnews JavaScript tag into the active webpage.
   • Reload the current page with a debug parameter (?ilabspushdebug=1).
